Nice dinner: Carli's Fine Bistro and Piano Bar; Carli accepts Bitcoin! Tell him I sent you.
Nice salad: St. Germain Bistro and Cafe, get the Cobb Salad
Cheap breakfast in beautiful atmosphere: go to Barrachina, BUT ask to go to the deli on the 2nd floor. I get "dos juevos fritos, salchicha, tostada, y cafe" everyday for just over $5
Cheat day:
Coquito con ron at Caldera Cafe; basically coffee and Puerto Rican eggnog

In Santurce, La Placita for a constant block party surrounded by bars
For a nice walk, just follow the perimeter of Old San Juan. Check out the cemetery, fort, castle, and Puerta De San Juan.
